Hill Country Bar & Grill since 1973...We are Texas owned and operated and proud to be located in Meridian, Texas - top of the Hill Country. With the support of our friends, family, and newcomers, we are not only open for drinks, music, and dancing but also offer our “Brewskis on the Bosque” Beer Garden. The full menu features Ribeyes, Beef Tenderloins, Salmon, Chicken, Hamburgers, etc. Our 21 and older policy ensures that you will have an exceptional time. So come and enjoy a drink or two, dance the night away, or simply relax. Our bar offers pool, shuffleboard, and a big screen TV for sporting events!
